Lobb-E — Privacy Policy

Lobb-E is a service of GroundBound AI, LLC.

Effective Date: July 7, 2026 Last Updated: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how GroundBound AI, LLC ("Company," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Lobb-E website, applications, and services (the "Service"). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information processed through the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites or services we do not control. Lobb-E is a business productivity tool intended for professional users; it is not directed to children.

2. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide:

b. Information collected automatically:

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for a Service feature you choose to use. However, User Content you submit — including bill text and documents — may contain sensitive or regulated information (for example, information relating to health, disability, criminal justice, immigration, children, or employment). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit that information and for avoiding submission of information that should not be processed through the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to: (a) provide, operate, and secure the Service; (b) generate AI Output you request; (c) authenticate users and manage accounts and subscriptions; (d) process payments; (e) provide support and communicate with you about the Service; (f) monitor, debug, and improve the Service's performance and reliability; (g) detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and (h) comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We may also create and use aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you or your organization — such as overall usage, performance, and reliability metrics — to operate, analyze, improve, and report on the Service. We do not use your bill content or other User Content in a way that identifies you or reveals your organization's strategy for these purposes.

4. Legal Bases (where applicable)

Where required by law, we process personal information on the bases of: performance of our contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service; your consent (where requested); and compliance with legal obligations.

5. AI Processing and Model Training

When you use AI features, your inputs (primarily your User Content and configuration) are transmitted to third-party AI model providers through our AI routing provider (OpenRouter) in order to generate the output you request.

No training on your inputs. We do not use your inputs or AI Output to train, fine-tune, or improve our own AI models. We configure our AI routing, where available, to avoid routing your inputs to model providers that use prompts or outputs to train their models, and we maintain provider settings intended to prevent training use where those settings are available. However, model providers' retention and training practices may vary by model, provider, plan, and configuration, and we may update our approved provider list from time to time. Providers may process and temporarily retain your inputs and outputs as needed to deliver the Service, maintain security and reliability, prevent abuse, or comply with law, as described in their applicable terms.

We do not sell your User Content, and we do not use your User Content to build a competing product.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only as follows:

We host data with reputable cloud providers and apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards (including access controls and encryption in transit). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident involving your personal information, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

We retain information for as long as your Account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. After you close your Account, we will delete or de-identify your User Content within 90 days — the same window stated in the Terms of Service — except where retention is required for legal, security, backup, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes; some data may persist in backups for a limited additional period.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, by email or in-app) and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
